A Bit About Me
With over 34 years of executive leadership across banking, real estate, and investment, I bring a track record defined by strategic clarity, disciplined execution, and measurable results.
Throughout my career, I have operated at the intersection of finance and investment—structuring complex deals, leading high-value portfolios, and driving growth across organizations in competitive and evolving markets. My approach is grounded in identifying opportunities, mitigating risk, and delivering sustainable value for stakeholders.
My professional foundation was built within the banking sector, where I spent 13 years with leading financial institutions in Bahrain, including the National Bank of Bahrain (NBB), Bank of Bahrain & Kuwait (BBK), Ahli United Bank (AUB), and Shamil Bank of Bahrain (SBB). This experience established a deep understanding of financial systems, corporate banking, and strategic decision-making at scale.
I later transitioned into the real estate and investment sector, holding senior executive roles for over two decades. As Chief Financial Officer at AAJ Holdings and subsequently Chief Investment Officer at Durrat Marina Al Bahrain, I led investment strategy, oversaw large-scale developments, and managed substantial portfolios through various market cycles.
Academically, I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Postgraduate Diploma in Management, and a Diploma in Middle Management—complementing practical leadership experience with structured business insight.
Today, I advise businesses, investors, and stakeholders on growth, investment structuring, and financial strategy—bringing a pragmatic, results-oriented perspective shaped by decades of executive leadership.
