A Bit About Me
My name is Othman Al-Janahi and I am an accomplished senior management and real estate investment professional with a stellar 34-year career in the Kingdom of Bahrain. I have gained extensive expertise in both the banking and real estate industries.
Throughout my career, I have dedicated 13 years to the banking sector, working at four prominent banks in Bahrain, including the National Bank of Bahrain (NBB), Bank of Bahrain & Kuwait (BBK), Ahli United Bank Bahrain (AUB), and Shamil Bank of Bahrain (SBB).
After my tenure in banking, I transitioned to the real estate industry, where I spent the remaining 21 years of my career. I held the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at AAJ Holdings and later assumed the role of Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at Durrat Marina Al Bahrain until December 2022.
I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, and a Diploma in Middle Management, all of which have greatly contributed to my exceptional professional achievements.

USD925 Million Euro Bond
Launch of Durrat Marina
Effectively negotiated and closed a $925 million Eurobond for the construction of a 32 square kilometer development in the Sultanate of Oman (Blue City), arranged by reputable financial institutions like Bear Stearns, Standard Chartered Bank, and Credit Suisse.
Successfully launched and managed a $1.8 billion joint venture project (Durrat Marina) from its inception, ensuring maximum profitability for the shareholders during his tenure in the company.
